Another Visa Bulletin is coming your way this November and here is the December 2009 United States Visa Bulletin. The countdown begins from November 1 to who knows what date will the DOS will post the US November 2009 Visa Bulletin. Sounds like there are a lot of prayers being cast to the highest to make the priority dates move forward not backwards. It is really a move that will be expected by a lot of people.
