What will happen on the course of another USA Visa Bulletin? There are so many things that will likely occur but there is something sissy going on regarding the availability of the Visa. Yet it seems it is really a headache to think of this matter and one thing there are so many wild guesses. So what would be your guess on the issue?
How about a recapture of the H1 and H2B Visas? Does this news ring a bell to you? As for the USA visa bulletin advisory you will really know for sure that it will not be current and it will just be on 2002 at most. There will be no surprises unless if you are a rock star. Then you can hop on any country that you wanted to perform. There is no such fast remedy on retrogression. It can’t be and will not be unless of there is a overhaul of all the things. So this is it. There is no longer any thrill.
Dead.
Oh, by the way the US congress is setting their eyes on Immigration Reform.
Congress appears ready to address long-awaited immigration reform, according to Indianapolis immigration attorneys who carefully monitor reform efforts. The House voted 307 to 114 last week to pass the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Conference Report (HR 2892), which included an amendment to abolish the Widow’s Penalty. The Senate voted 79 to 19 to pass the bill, which President Obama is expected to sign it into law. Once the new law becomes effective, the immigration policy commonly known as the “Widow’s Penalty” will end.
Updates:
